About Randy Spiesman
Randy Spiesman has been a dedicated real estate professional since 1988, beginning his career as a Real Estate Salesperson before becoming an Associate Broker with Weichert Realtors® in 1993. In 2001, he was appointed Managing Broker of Jim Weichert’s Kingston office, a position he held until 2012.
In 2012, Randy and his wife, Terry Spiesman, purchased the Kingston office from Jim Weichert, establishing Weichert Realtors® The Spiesman Group as an independently owned and operated Weichert affiliate.
A lifelong resident of the Kingston area, Randy currently resides in Hurley, New York, with his wife Terry, who is also a licensed Real Estate Salesperson. Together with their experienced team, they have helped thousands of buyers and sellers successfully navigate the Hudson Valley real estate market.
Throughout his career, Randy has remained deeply involved in the real estate community. He has served as President of the Ulster County Board of Realtors, President of the Hudson Valley Catskill Region Multiple Listing Service, and President of the Weichert Upstate New York Brokers Council. In recognition of more than three decades of service and leadership, Randy was honored with the 2023 Realtor of the Year Award by the Ulster County Board of Realtors.
Today, Weichert Realtors® The Spiesman Group is a member of two regional Multiple Listing Services (MLS), providing clients with access to virtually every available property throughout southeastern New York. Outside of real estate, Randy enjoys golfing, skiing, music, and most of all, spending time with his wife Terry and family.

Professional Background
Before entering the real estate industry, Randy owned Spiesman’s Specialty Bakeries, a family business founded by his grandfather in 1938. The bakery proudly served the Hudson Valley for decades and was selected to provide baked goods for the 1980 Winter Olympics in Lake Placid. Randy transitioned into real estate in 1988, bringing the same commitment to customer service and community that defined his family’s business.
